Real leadership is built on trust, not noise. After years of studying speeches and watching campaigns drift into résumé recitations or cold calculations, I knew we could do better. That conviction led me to add 3D Ready, Run, Win to 360QUAD, a leadership development and career-crafting firm grounded in organizational psychology. The Lens I Work From
Raised in the crosscurrents of Miami Beach, my path zigzagged from percussionist to professor, mascot to marketing VP, consultant to CEO, and leadership coach. Having marketed parts, pixels, and people, I combine ancient wisdom, neuroscience, and practical execution. I boldly blend Conversational Intelligence, Appreciative Inquiry, Red Teaming, and storytelling to help leaders clarify purpose, think critically, and navigate what’s next with clarity and courage.
While most programs stop at transactional tips, 360QUAD goes deeper. Grounded in organizational psychology and cognitive science, we align authentic leader identity with team culture and strategic execution—turning career choices into focused momentum and high-trust leadership.

As an ICF Mentor Coach and Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Certified Management Consultant (CMC), Board Certified Coach (BCC), EMCC Team Practitioner, and NSA Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), I bring a trust-centered lens to leadership. My doctoral research in education, paired with master’s degrees in organizational psychology and computer science, explores how trust unlocks human potential.
